What You'll Need:
- Old T-shirt/ Dress
- Scissors
- Mod Podge and applicator
- Frame
Steps:
- Cut the t-shirt into thin strips.
2. Apply Mod Podge on the frame.
3. Wrap the frame with the strips of fabric.
4. Let it dry and Voila! :)
